Your tasks:

- Care of our green and outdoor areas as well as garden and landscape maintenance

- Care, cleaning and regular inspection of our pool as well as monitoring of pool technology

- Carrying out general craft work and small repairs

- Maintenance and repair of our buildings and technical facilities

- Coordination, scheduling and accompaniment of external craft and service companies

- Care, maintenance and organization of our vehicle fleet

- Carrying out small transport, setup and assembly tasks

- Checking order, cleanliness and safety at our locations

- Monitoring maintenance intervals and building technology

- Material and tool management

- Support with conversions, renovations and new projects

- Independently identifying and remedying minor defects

- Contact person for colleagues for technical or organizational concerns regarding our buildings


What you bring:

- You have business-fluent Spanish skills

- A completed vocational training in a craft profession or comparable professional experience is desirable

- Craft skills and technical understanding

- Enjoyment in repairing, organizing and getting things done

- Independent, structured and reliable way of working

- Organizational talent and sense of responsibility

- Friendly manner towards colleagues, service providers and partner companies

- Driving license category B

- Good German skills; Spanish skills are an advantage but not a requirement
