Living Blue Mallorca is an owner-managed family business with 6 offices on Mallorca. For many years we have stood for quality, trust and personal service in the premium real estate segment.

For our office in Alaró we are looking for an engaged and reliable full-time office manager to start immediately, as well as an additional contract manager in Santa Maria del Cami.

Your responsibilities

Organization and management of daily office operations
High-level customer care
Telephone and personal correspondence
Support of the team in administrative and organizational tasks
Independent work with personal responsibility

Your profile

Perfect language skills in German, English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Experience in the real estate industry
Friendly, professional manner
Honesty, reliability and sense of responsibility
High commitment and an independent way of working
Team spirit and organizational talent
