We are looking for a Marketing Manager in Mallorca who makes gevekom visible, emotional and unmistakable.

Whether you join us as a Junior or Senior depends on your professional experience, know-how and the responsibility you want to take on.

Your tasks:

- Develop and implement marketing and employer branding campaigns
- Plan and create content for social media, website and internal channels
- Manage our social media accounts
- Conceptualise texts, images, reels and videos
- Plan and accompany photo and video productions
- Support with Google Ads, paid social and campaign analysis
- Further develop our corporate and employer brand
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and external partners

As a Senior Marketing Manager you will additionally take on strategic responsibility, manage campaigns independently and further develop our marketing activities.

What you bring:

- initial or solid professional experience in marketing, online marketing, social media, content or employer branding
- creativity and a good feel for people, brands and stories
- a confident, emotional and target-group-appropriate writing style
- a structured, reliable and independent way of working
- digital affinity and ideally experience with social media, analytics or design tools
- a desire to take on responsibility and implement your own ideas

You don't have to master every tool or know every algorithm by heart. More important to us are your ideas, willingness to learn and courage to try things out.
