Your job at a glance:
- You support Miles & More customers with questions about miles, awards, status benefits and customer accounts via phone, e-mail or chat.
- You provide competent advice on services, offers and terms of participation
- Handling customer feedback and complaints is also part of your area of responsibility
- You recognize service and sales potentials and use them purposefully
- You support customers in using the program — no problem for you!

What you should ideally bring:
- You like working on the PC and have experience with internet applications
- You have a general technical understanding
- Ideally, you already have experience in customer service or a strong interest in it
- You are friendly, service-oriented and inspire our customers
- Very good German and Italian skills (C1) spoken and written
