What you bring to the table:
Fluent language skills, both written and spoken:
German as well as Danish, Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian

Ideally, initial experience in customer service – not a must, but a plus

Clear written and oral expression

Confident use of digital tools

Friendliness and patience – even in challenging situations

Working independently in the home office is a matter of course for you
