- Whether order, return or the question about the new favorite outfit: you are the first point of contact for our customers.

- With empathy, a sense for fashion and service orientation you accompany them through the online shopping everyday life – by phone, email or chat.

- You are the voice of the brand: friendly, reliable and solution-oriented.

What you bring:
- Very good language skills in German and Danish – spoken and written.

- Initial experience in customer service is an advantage but not a must.

- Clear expression and confident handling of digital tools.

- Patience, friendliness and the drive to find solutions.

- You enjoy working independently from the home office.
