In this “Members-only” environment you turn every request into a real “wow moment.” With your warmth and empathy you advise members on high-end brands, current trends and exclusive orders – whether by phone, email or chat. You give our customers confidence and ensure that the service is as first-class as the designer fashion itself.

Your tasks:
- You are the competent and friendly voice for inquiries within a closed premium shopping portal.
- You advise members on exclusive deals, designer brands and the special status of their membership.
- You provide empathetic support for ordering processes, returns and deliveries via phone, email or chat.
- You find individual solutions so that every member feels exceptionally well cared for.
What you bring:
Genuine joy in interacting with people and a heart for excellent service.
Very good German skills (written and spoken) – Italian or English skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to advise customers respectfully.
Confident PC skills and basic technical understanding.
Initial experience in customer service is nice to have, but not required – we will support you at the start!
