You have very good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form (level C1) as well as basic knowledge of English.
You are motivated, customer- and service-oriented, a real team player and always have a smile in your voice.
You work independently, conscientiously and place great value on high-quality work.
You can handle common PC systems and online tools confidently and routinely.

Your everyday life with us:
You answer customer inquiries on technical topics around internet & telephony – by phone, e-mail or chat.
You support with faults, explain technical processes understandably and thus ensure satisfied customers.
You document conversations and find the best solution together with the customer.
Your goal: customer retention, satisfaction and a positive service moment in every contact.
