What you bring
- Very good language skills in German and Swedish – written and spoken.

- Initial experience in customer service is an advantage but not a must.

- Clear expression and confident handling of digital tools.

- Patience, friendliness and the drive to find solutions.

- You enjoy working independently from a home office.
