With your warmth and expertise you advise our customers on high-end components, the latest e-bike trends and complex orders – whether by phone, email or chat. Your tasks:
- You are the competent and friendly voice for inquiries about Bike24's assortment.
- You advise customers solution-oriented on bicycle parts, accessories and technical equipment.
- You provide empathetic support for order processes, complaints and delivery status via phone, email or chat.
- You find individual solutions so that every customer experiences the perfect "flow."
What you bring:
- Genuine joy in interacting with people and a heart for excellent service.
- A great passion for bicycles and cycling (whether MTB, road bike or city bike).
- Very good German skills (spoken and written) – English skills are a wonderful plus for our international team!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to advise customers respectfully and knowledgeably.
- Confident PC skills and a basic technical understanding.
