With tact, a sense for fashion and a real feel for service, you guide our customers through their digital shopping day – by phone, e-mail or chat.
You are the voice of the brand – empathetic, reliable and solution-oriented.

What you bring:
Negotiation-level language skills, written and spoken:
German and Dutch.

Ideally some first experience in customer service – not a must, but a plus
Clear written and verbal communication
Confident handling of digital tools
Friendliness and patience – even in challenging situations
Working independently from home office is natural for you

You communicate by phone, e-mail and chat
You document processes reliably and work in a solution-oriented way
