As a customer advisor (m/f/d) you are the first point of contact for our customers regarding all questions about Internet & fixed-line services.

You have very good written and spoken German skills (level C1) and basic knowledge of English.

You are motivated, customer- and service-oriented, a real team player and always have a smile in your voice.

You work independently, conscientiously and place great value on high-quality work.
You are confident and experienced with common PC systems and online tools.

- Your daily life with us:

You answer customer inquiries on technical topics around Internet & telephony – by phone, email or chat.
You support with technical faults, explain technical processes clearly and thus ensure satisfied customers.
You document conversations and find the best solution together with the customer.
Your goal: customer retention, satisfaction and a positive service moment in every contact.
