The peace everyone is looking for lives here: at night you hear only the ringing of sheep bells and the shining of the stars. Yet you are just a few kilometers from Artà – one of the most authentic and sought-after towns in Mallorca, where you can hear Spanish and German alike when you sit at the market square in the evening.
The apartment is simply Mallorcan and cozy: bathroom, a small kitchen and views into the distance are included – plus a huge terrace amid the magnificent nature of the natural park.
There is no pool or underfloor heating –, instead a split air-conditioning unit provides a pleasant temperature. And if it gets unpleasant in autumn, a gas stove (an Estufa) is available that heats the room quickly. A washing machine can be shared. The price is monthly and includes electricity and water with normal consumption.

The studio apartment is available from October 1st.
