Away from the tourist areas I rent a double bedroom of approx. 15 sqm with its own large modern shower bathroom. The room has a large terrace double window onto the balcony. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the room. There is no TV in the whole house. The room faces the street. Quietly located with only some traffic at certain times.
The outdoor area consists of 2 levels, with the pool on the lower level.
Parking spaces are right in front of the door.
The room, in a modern house in Petra, is rented to a quiet tenant.
There is also a train to Palma City. Next door is the Petra theatre, where events take place from time to time. In summer there is almost a summer break and life takes place on the market square, which is about a 5-minute walk away.
The beach of Son Serra de Marina is about a 15-minute drive from my house.
I definitely recommend having a car.
Since I work from home, I am usually in the house. The kitchen is open but can be closed by a large glass sliding door. Interest in going out together and cooking is not necessarily present, as I concentrate on my work and will certainly have different meal times. No offense meant. If we get along, that will surely change.
For me it is simply important that I do not have a smoker, as I do not want to deal with smoke. Sorry smokers. ;-) don't be offended. I prefer a tenant who also cleans independently from time to time and, above all, is not loud. You can have parties outside. That's totally common in Spain.
Wi‑Fi and use of the washing machine included.
