I am renting my well-maintained and fully furnished apartment on the 1st floor of a two-family house for 5 months from 01.12.2026 to 30.04.2027, possibly longer.
The living area is approx. 74 m2 and consists of a cozy eat-in kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils, a living room that could be used as a second bedroom, a spacious en-suite bedroom, a generous hallway that could also be converted into a workspace, and a shower bathroom with a small washing machine. Two generous south/west balcony terraces ensure that you get light and sun all day and can already sit outside with your laptop and cappuccino from January.
All necessities are practically within walking distance of the apartment, such as enjoyable restaurants, well-stocked shops, German doctors, a turquoise-blue sea right on the doorstep and miles of cycle paths directly along the beach. There are even island-wide bus lines that run regularly across the island as well as to Palma and the airport, etc. This keeps you independent of your own car.
The apartment is located quietly tucked away in a cul-de-sac so there is no through traffic and you can sleep peacefully at night. Yet you are just a few minutes from the Cala Millor pedestrian zone and can relax by the sea or enjoy an after-dinner drink on the promenade at dusk.
The apartment is rented furnished to a maximum of two adults, without pets/small animals, and to non-smokers.
The rent is €1,000 per month plus a flat-rate €200 for all utilities such as electricity, water, central heating, air conditioning, use of the washing machine, as well as Wi‑Fi and a free parking space in front of the door.
The rent is to be paid as a single payment in advance including a 2 months' deposit. A binding written rental agreement will be drawn up in German / Spanish.
For legal reasons, I would like to point out briefly that the apartment is rented exclusively on the basis of a privately time-limited rental contract under the Spanish Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU), Contrato de arrendamiento de temporada. It is available for temporary use, e.g.: home office, property search, internship, wintering, or simply for those in need of relaxation who want to regain strength.
