Our beautiful penthouse apartment with a private 360° rooftop terrace is available for wintering from 01.11.2026 to 01.05.2027. The sea, restaurants, bars and cafés are only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is located in the old fishing village of Portocolom and has three private terraces with a stunning 360° view of nature, a communal pool, and bright, spacious rooms. Adjacent to the open kitchen and the cozy living room with sea views are three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms – one of them en suite.
Upon entering the apartment you come directly into the open kitchen, dining and living area. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with high-quality double beds (180 × 200 cm); the third is mainly used as an office but can alternatively accommodate 2 folding/camp beds.
Another highlight: the beach is only about a 3-minute walk away.
The rent is €1500/month. The apartment would be available from November 1 until June 1 (or shorter). From June 1 we will both be on parental leave and would like to enjoy the summer months with our newborn daughter. 😌
