Junior Project Controller (m/f/d) Customer Service Management

Junior Project Controller (m/f/d) – Customer Service Management

Become our numbers expert for operational success in Palma de Mallorca!

Imagine:
You don't just want to work with numbers, you want to understand what they mean for the success of a project. You will learn how metrics like Average Handling Time (AHT), service level or occupancy affect the profitability of our client projects.

Together with experienced colleagues you will analyze the performance of our campaigns, identify anomalies and support our project managers in making the right decisions. In the process, you will gradually develop a deep understanding of our operational processes and the financial management of our locations from Dresden to Belgrade.

In short: You make our project successes visible and grow with us into a controlling professional.

Who we are:
Hi there! We, gevekom, are a leading customer service provider. For almost 20 years we have stood for empathy, innovation and a family-like atmosphere. With over 2,700 colleagues at locations across Europe, we rock the service for partners such as Zalando, TUI or Breuninger.

Your role with us:
In your role as Junior Project Controller you support the interface between operations management, project management and the executive board.

Your focus is on analyzing and preparing key metrics and supporting the financial management of our customer service projects. You will receive intensive onboarding and, with growing experience, will increasingly take on your own areas of responsibility.

Why you'll enjoy the job:
- Salary range: Transparency from day 1. For this position we offer an attractive gross annual salary – depending on your qualifications and initial professional experience.

- Development: You will receive structured onboarding and be accompanied by experienced colleagues. With us you can develop professionally and personally.

- Flexibility: Full-time or part-time? You decide. We offer modern working time models that fit your life.

- Family & Friends: We are a team that sticks together. You can feel that in the office and at our legendary events.

- Inclusion & Diversity: We live an open culture. Applications from people with severe disabilities are expressly welcome and will be given preferential consideration with equal suitability.

What to expect in project controlling:
- KPI analysis: You will support monitoring and analyzing project-related metrics such as AHT, reachability and occupancy.

- Data preparation: You collect, check and structure relevant data and prepare it for analyses and presentations.

- Profitability calculations: Together with experienced colleagues you will contribute to contribution margin calculations and learn to assess economic relationships.

- Forecasting & planning: You will support personnel demand planning and participate in creating forecasts based on historical data and client specifications.

- Reporting: You create regular reports and present metrics in an understandable way to our project managers.

- Target vs. actual comparisons: You compare planned and actual results, identify initial deviations and support deriving appropriate measures.

- Project support: You work closely with project managers and operational teams and gain comprehensive insight into our customer service projects.

What you bring:
- Background: A degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling, finance or analytics.

- Career entry: You are an entry-level professional or have already gained initial practical experience through internships, working student positions or a first job.

- Excel skills: You are confident with Excel and ideally already familiar with pivot tables, formulas and basic analysis options.

- Analytical mindset: You enjoy working with numbers, recognize relationships and want to understand what is behind the data.

- Willingness to learn: You are eager to dive into new topics and continuously develop your expertise.

- Communication: You can explain numbers and results clearly and enjoy working with different departments.

- Industry interest: Initial contact with customer service, contact centers or service companies is a plus but not a must.
