we are Alea and Phillip, a reliable, quiet and tidy couple from Hamburg. We love Mallorca and would like to experience the island authentically, away from mass tourism.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an apartment or a house for half a year, ideally from January until the end of June. Our budget is €1800 warm, negotiable.
Preferably in the southeast of the island. It can also be inland, as we are mobile. Shops do not need to be within walking distance. Since we will also be staying through the cooler months, at least 3 rooms, air conditioning and a well-functioning heating system are important to us, as well as standard amenities like a washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc.
About us & creditworthiness:
Alea (28) works as a Process Manager and Phillip (30) is an IT consultant. We both have secure, permanent full-time jobs in Germany. Appropriate proof of creditworthiness and salary is of course available. We are non-smokers and have no pets.
Why we are the perfect tenants:
We are absolutely not looking for a party place, but a quiet retreat. A harmonious relationship with the neighbors is very important to us. We are very tidy and conscientious – responsible use of the property as well as valuable resources (such as water and electricity) is a matter of course for us. We will treat your property as carefully as our own.
Hassle-free viewing:
As we are currently already on Mallorca, we can meet at short notice and flexibly at any time to introduce ourselves in person and view the apartment.
