We are a small family with an 11-year-old daughter and are looking for a home in Mallorca for the period from late August 2026 to approx. late June 2027.
Since our daughter will attend the Eurocampus during this time, we are looking for an apartment or a house in the nearby area, ideally with a commute time of no more than 20 to 30 minutes to the school.
We are seeking a well-kept, furnished apartment or house with a private or communal pool and a parking space. Our monthly budget is about €2,000.
Our family also includes a medium-sized, very well-behaved female dog. She is calm, friendly and easygoing, does not bark unnecessarily and has never caused damage in an apartment or house. She is not allowed on the sofa or the bed with us.
