Reliable couple seeks finca or country house on Mallorca March to May 2027

Hello,

we are Ben and Seda, a German couple, and we are looking on Mallorca for a finca, a country house or a distinctive apartment for temporary rental for about 2–3 months – ideally between March and May 2027.

Seda is a neurologist and would like to explore the possibility of working in the future at the Son Espases University Hospital in Palma. I run my own hospitality company in Germany with serviced apartments and therefore deal professionally every day with real estate, guests and a responsible approach to living space.

We want to use this time to get to know Mallorca not as tourists, but as authentically and close to everyday life as possible – as a potential future place to live. Peace, privacy, nature and outdoor space such as a garden, terrace or grounds are particularly important to us.

We are quiet, reliable and know from our own experience how important a careful approach to a property is. We would be happy to view the accommodation in person before making a decision.

If a rental for this period is basically possible, we look forward to information on availability, conditions and the total monthly price. If it works well for both sides, we would also be interested in a later long-term rental or possibly a purchase option.
