Rental property for long-term rent in Mallorca wanted, from around the end of September/October 2026 or possibly earlier
Hello, we are a couple (46/52), have known the island for a long time and after many stays.
We currently have the wonderful opportunity to run our home office from abroad. We would like to seize this dream opportunity to further establish ourselves in Mallorca and continue to expand our long-standing local volunteer engagement on site.
Our search:
- preferably rent, possibly (rent-)purchase possible;
- search radius around Llucmajor; possibly also around Palma towards Llucmajor
- small house/finca, bungalow, also small casitas/chalets on a shared plot; apartments/flats (possibly also in holiday complexes)
- it is important to us to have a quiet and "close-to-nature" environment, preferably edge locations/end houses. Nevertheless, there should be easy access to everyday/urban life.
- we prefer south/west orientation with evening sun and an open view (view of nature); preferably also with a bathtub; a simple/basic kitchen is sufficient for us
- for us, "house/finca care" (also with pet care possible) etc. is also acceptable.
- cat ownership should be possible, thank you. If there are concerns/fears about this, we will discuss it in advance and there will be clear communication/regulation/options in the unexpected case of damage. Currently we give a home to two very loving former street cats from Llucmajor.
- budget in the area of 1,600 euros, possibly higher if the property perfectly matches our needs and wishes.
- NIE number is available.
We are very happy about suitable offers, getting to know people and we are happy to attend viewings.
In the coming weeks/months we will be on site again and again, currently this will probably be again at the beginning of July.
