Hello everyone,
we are a likeable couple looking for a new home for long-term rental starting in August, September or October.
We already live in Mallorca; my partner has been working here for several years and we want to establish a home on the island for the long term.
We are looking for an apartment or a house with at least two bedrooms in Santanyí, Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards or generally in the southeast of the island.
Our small family also includes a small, very sweet and quiet dog who is very well trained, house-trained and completely unobtrusive inside the home. He is an integral part of our family and, of course, we treat every apartment with the greatest care.
We are reliable, tidy tenants and can of course provide proof of income as well as references.
Our budget is up to €1,400 per month.
