WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HOUSE FOR LONG-TERM RENTAL IN MALLORCA

We are a respectable, responsible and financially reliable couple looking for a house for long-term rent in Mallorca to settle down and feel at home.
We preferably seek a country house, a village house or a detached house, but are open to other options. We are interested in any area of Mallorca, especially villages and quiet areas inland.
We are looking for a property with two or three bedrooms and an outdoor area —garden, courtyard, terrace or plot— with a maximum rent of €1,600 per month.
We have two Shih Tzu, very calm, obedient and sociable dogs who are used to living indoors. They are part of our family and, like us, very home-loving. We are clean, attentive and respectful of the home we live in.
Currently we rent and can provide verifiable references from our current landlords as well as the necessary documents to prove our ability to pay. We have always maintained our apartment and have a very good relationship with our landlords.
If it is of interest to the owner, we can also pay the rent quarterly, as we currently do. We are open to discussing terms and finding mutually comfortable solutions.
Our wish is to find a quiet, well-kept and loving house that we can make our home for many years and care for as if it were our own.
