I am renting my well-kept and fully furnished ground-floor apartment of a two-family house for 5 months from 01.06.2027 - 31.10.2027, close to the beach of Cala Millor.
The living area is approx. 140 m2 and consists of a cozy eat-in kitchen with all necessary and comfortable cooking utensils and an exit to the breakfast terrace, a dining room with access to the west terrace, a spacious open living room with TV and Wi-Fi with a terrace exit to the evening terrace, a generous bedroom with ample storage space for clothing, a modern shower bathroom with a daylight window, a spacious hallway with access to the terrace and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The ground floor enjoys light, brightness and sun from morning until evening.
All necessities of life are practically within walking distance from the apartment's location, such as: enjoyable restaurants, well-stocked shopping facilities, German doctors, a turquoise sea right outside, and kilometers of bike paths directly along the beach. There are even island-wide bus lines right on the doorstep that run regularly across the whole island as well as to Palma and the airport, etc., so you remain independent of a private car.
The apartment is quietly situated in a cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic and you can sleep peacefully at night. Nevertheless, you are in the pedestrian zone of Cala Millor within a few minutes and can relax by the sea or enjoy a nightcap on the promenade at dusk.
The apartment is rented furnished to a maximum of 2 adults, without pets and only to non-smokers.
The rent is €1,300 per month plus a flat rate of €200 for all utilities such as: grid electricity, water & sewer from the street network, a modern central oil heating system, an air conditioning unit with heating/cooling, use of the washing machine, as well as free Wi‑Fi access and a parking space in front of the door. 👌👍
The rent is to be paid as a one-time payment in advance including a 2-month deposit. A binding written rental contract will be drawn up in German / Spanish.
For legal reasons, I would like to briefly point out that the apartment is rented exclusively on the basis of a privately limited term rental agreement under the Spanish Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU), Contrato de arrendamiento de temporada. It is available for temporary use for e.g.: home office, property search, internship, wintering, or simply for people in need of relaxation who want to recharge, and is gladly available. Subletting, intermediate rental or overcrowding is not allowed for legal reasons and will result in immediate eviction of the apartment.
A viewing can be arranged by appointment in the period from 15.11. - 15.12.2026 and also in spring.
