We are looking for a home in Mallorca for the winter months: a house, a finca, or an apartment with at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms – or more.
We are three adults and one child, non-smokers, and experienced, reliable tenants. We handle other people's property with care and respect. Only one person will be in the property at all times; the other two with the child will visit irregularly.
Months from November to the end of März. Flexible.
It is important for us to have accommodation where you can truly live in the winter: dry, well-maintained, equipped, and with heating that keeps all living and bedrooms comfortably warm. A single fan heater or a fireplace as the sole heat source is not enough for us.
We are not looking for a luxury property, but a solid, cozy home without dampness, mold, or renovation backlogs. A reasonable kitchen is a must for us. We will bring our own internet.
We look forward to offers with photos, location, type of heating, availability, and total rent including utilities. No holiday backdrop, but everyday life.
Please realistic properties! No interest in contacts with the usual "Mallorca crazy people".
