we are Alea and Phillip, a reliable, quiet, and tidy couple from Hamburg. We love Mallorca and would like to experience the island authentically away from mass tourism.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an apartment or a house for half a year, ideally from January to May / June. Our budget is 1800€ warm VBE.
Preferably in the south/east of the island. A dream would be a small finca. It can also be inland since we are mobile. Shopping facilities do not have to be within walking distance. Since we are also bridging the cooler months, at least 3 rooms, air conditioning, and a well-functioning heating system are important to us, as well as standard equipment like a washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc.
About us & Creditworthiness:
Alea (28) works as a Process Manager and Phillip (30) is an IT Consultant. We both work in secure, permanent German full-time employment. Corresponding creditworthiness and salary proofs are naturally available. We are non-smokers and have no pets.
We are definitely not looking for a party accommodation, but a quiet retreat. A harmonious relationship with the neighborhood is very important to us. We are tidy and dutiful – responsible handling of the property as well as valuable resources (like water and electricity) is a matter of course for us. We will treat your property with as much care as our own.
Uncomplicated viewing:
Since we are currently already in Mallorca, we can meet at any time on short notice and flexibly to introduce ourselves personally and view the apartment.
