In a large and modern apartment in the south, Colonia Sant Jordi, I am offering you a room with heating and a bathroom. Of course, sharing all common areas as usual in a flat share, including kitchen, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, and all other standard appliances. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
I am female, looking for a non-smoking, employed, and quiet roommate aged 40 or older.
Since my current flatmate is moving back to Germany, it would be possible starting from December.
Also ideal for overwintering until the end of April or for commuters!
All utility costs included for 600€. If you are interested, please send me a detailed message about yourself and your WhatsApp number for contact.
