Large shared room in a beautiful finca with pool
I (f) am offering a wonderful large room with private bathroom in a finca with a large pool and huge property surrounded by nature near Felanitx. The room is available from 01.11.26.
The offer is aimed at animal-loving people, as 2 dogs live here.
The finca has oil central heating, so it is comfortably warm even in winter.
The monthly rent is 590.00 euros plus a share of additional costs for electricity, gardener, pool cleaning, fiber optic internet, and heating oil. You should be mobile with a scooter or a car.
If you are interested, I look forward to a message with a few words about yourself and ideally a WhatsApp number so that I can send photos.
I look forward to meeting you.
