Reliable German couple seeks housesitting in Mallorca – November/December 2026
We are a self-employed couple and normally live in Dubai. We have currently decided to travel for an extended period and get to know different places more intensively. This winter we would like to spend several weeks in Mallorca.
Since we are both self-employed and run an advertising agency together, we work remotely from our laptops like normal. Therefore we are not typical tourists who leave the house in the morning and only return in the evening, but actually spend a large part of our daily life at home.
That's why we are looking for a house, finca or apartment for 2 to 8 weeks between November and December 2026, whose owners will not be in Mallorca during that time.
The idea is a simple, fair exchange:
We live in the property for free and, in return, ensure that it is occupied, supervised and not taken over by squatters.
Of course, we will take care to keep the house tidy and clean during our stay, accept mail or packages if needed, and contact you immediately if we notice anything unusual or a problem arises.
Since we work from home a lot, the property is also regularly occupied for many hours a day.
We want to emphasize: we are not looking for work as caretakers, gardeners or cleaners. This is exclusively classic housesitting, i.e. reliably looking after your property during your absence.
Pet care would in principle also be possible, but is not a requirement.
Period: flexible between November 15 and December 31, 2026
Duration: ideally 2–6 weeks
Location: Mallorca, basically flexible across the island, as we are mobile with a car.
