4 apts with communal pool, terraces, BBQ area and AC in a small village settlement near Campos - Sa Ràpita.

Outdoor area: There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house, a large communal pool, garden and a large BBQ area with a covered south-facing terrace as well as an extremely large covered terrace with loungers in front of the pool. Private semi-covered front terraces of approx. 8 - 12 m2 (on the 1st floor with additional electric awning).

Rooms: The 4 modern apts

Distances / location: The apts are located opposite Casita C 01 WT which can also be rented over the winter. Sa Sorda is a small traditional village settlement in the countryside, still quietly situated and not far from the beach Es Trenc -- approx. 10 km. To Palma approx. 50 km and to Campos approx. 12 km.
