9 rural ground-floor apartments with shared garden - pool and air conditioning near Campos - Sa Ràpita.

Outdoor area: On the approx. 3000 m2 plot there are communal parking spaces, a pool of approx. 16 x 8 m with plenty of sunbeds, lawn area and a laundry room with 2 washing machines. The apartments face southeast and are covered with terraces of approx. 10 m2 each.

Rooms: The apts 1 - 8 (€580) are almost all identical in layout and furniture. Each has 1 living-dining room, 1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 1 bathroom with shower. The kitchens are all equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, electric oven and microwave, and also with bed linen and towels. However, only 4 of them are rented so that the winter quiet period is ensured and tenants treat each other respectfully.

Apt 09 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (€680) and is located closer to the parking and laundry area.

Facilities: 2 x air conditioning (cold - hot), double glazing, municipal water, GESA electricity, SAT TV, Internet. Normal, well-kept furnishings.

Miscellaneous: Pets allowed on request. Only 4 - 5 of the total 9 apartments are rented over the winter -- however, all are offered so you can choose the apartment with the preferred location. Additional apartments and 1 casita on another plot are also offered.

Monthly payment, NO utilities, 1 month's rent deposit. Minimum stay 2 months. Commission depending on length of stay.

Distances: To Campos and the coast approx. 8 km and to Palma approx. 50 km. The agrotourism finca with its 9 apartments is located in a quiet area.
