Season rental from 8 - 11 months and winter offer between November and April:

4 apartments with communal pool, terraces, BBQ area and AC in a small village settlement near Campos - Sa Rapita.

Outside area: There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house, a large communal pool of 52 m2, garden and large BBQ area (gas grill) with covered south-facing terrace as well as a very large covered terrace with sun loungers in front of the pool. Private semi-covered front terraces of approx. 8 - 12 m2 (on the 1st floor with an additional electric awning).

Rooms: The 4 modern apartments

(2 x ground floor AP 23 a/2 and AP 23 b/3 and

2 x on the 1st floor AP 23 c/6 and AP 23 c/7 - corner apartment right)

all have a living area of approx. 55 m2 and face south. Each has a living-dining room with integrated brown fitted kitchen including dishwasher, 1 large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and 1 bathroom with en-suite shower.

Equipment of the 4 apartments: double glazing, bright rooms, brown floor tiles, internet 7 Mb, sat TV, 3 x air conditioning (hot-cold), municipal water, GESA electricity, electric hot water heater, drying rack, visible roof beams, pleasant ambience and fully equipped including bed linen and towels.

2 washing machines are available to the 4 apartments in an external laundry room.

Winter rental: Pets allowed on request. Monthly payment from €580, 1 monthly rent deposit + utilities / electricity consumption.

Water, internet, pool and garden maintenance and final cleaning included. Minimum rental 2 months.

Per apartment max. 2 persons - for a 3rd person in an apartment - on sofa bed possible - on request and extra charge.

Season rental from 8 - 11 months - regardless of which months: Rent €650 + electricity extra via separate meter, 1 monthly rent deposit. Max. 1 person. No dogs allowed. Commission depending on length of stay.

Distances / location: The apartments are located opposite Casita C 01 WT which can also be rented for the winter or for a season. Sa Sorda is a small original village settlement in the countryside, still quiet and close to the beach Es Trenc (7 km), Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita (5 km), Colonia de Sant Jordi (10 km), Palma approx. 50 km and Campos approx. 8 km.
