Very nice country apartment in a quiet location near Cas Concos.

Rooms: Built in 1995 with many renovations and offering approx. 90 m2 of living space.

The access to the apartment is via a gravel road. An automatic gate gives access to the property. In front of the entrance there are also private parking spaces and access to the apartment.

The large fenced and well-kept plot of approx. 2000 m2 offers 2 large covered terraces with many seating options, a very nice pool area (chlorinated water) with sun loungers, a billiard table and an outdoor grill.

One of the two terraces also provides access to a small laundry room with a washing machine. Many plants give the property a special charm.

Rooms: The entrance area consists of a small reading room with a wood-burning fireplace. To the right of it we reach the master bedroom with a double bed of 2 x 2 m and a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Straight ahead from the hallway you reach the spacious living/dining area with sofa, armchairs, a large mirror and satellite TV with Spanish and German channels.

Other: Pets allowed. Rent 1,835.00 € including internet and water. 1 month's rent deposit and utility costs for electricity (upon presentation of the bill – shared with the landlady who lives on the same property in a studio). The landlady also takes care of pool and garden maintenance. Commission depending on length of stay.

Distances: Approx. 3 km to Cas Concos centre with supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants, approx. 50 km to Palma and approx. 12 km to the coast.
