2 storey chalet with courtyard, parking, terraces and gas central heating near Capdepera - in the Son Pedruscada zone.

The walled plot measures about 260 m2 with a parking - pergola, cozy terrace corners and the rest is courtyard garden. A roof terrace offers a great view of the surroundings.

Rooms: The large and bright living-dining room with 2 large sofas and armchairs is the entrance area and offers every comfort with a large SmartTV and an open fireplace.

The bright and practical white fitted kitchen is equipped with all electrical appliances (incl. ice crasher, air fryer, dishwasher, ceramic hobs... ... ).  1 guest toilet.

Water, garbage disposal and final cleaning included. Commission depending on length of stay. Minimum rental 2 months.
