Modern and bright chalet with oil central heating, pool and wide view of the harbor in Cala D´Or.

It has a total of 3 terraces and a garden:

A beautiful covered terrace of approx. 15 m2 on the 1st floor, another covered terrace on the ground floor with a gas barbecue, adjacent pool with enough sunbeds and, generously, at the very top an uncovered roof terrace with a seating set of approx. 20 m2 which offers a wonderful panoramic view.

Rooms: The chalet was built in 1984, last renovated in 2020 and offers approx. 150 m2 living space on 2 levels:

The entrance area consists of a bright hallway from which you enter the light-flooded living and dining area with an open kitchen. The living room is equipped with a large sofa, coffee table, TV, fireplace. The dining area offers a large dining table with chairs. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine as well as all possible kitchen utensils. Adjacent is a storage room and a laundry room with a washing machine.

The chalet has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with double beds, 1 with two single beds) with bedside tables and built-in wardrobes.

2 of them are located on the ground floor and offer access to the terrace with pool, and the 3rd bedroom is on the 1st floor and has access to the roof terrace.

2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite) with showers are also available.

Equipment: Single glazing, 3 x air conditioning (hot-cold) and oil central heating in all rooms, municipal water, bright rooms, SAT/Smart TV, 600 MB internet, hot water via a 120 l boiler. The property is 100% furnished – bed linen and towels included. Commission depending on length of stay.

Miscellaneous: Pets allowed by arrangement. The monthly rent is €1,400, with utilities for electricity and oil heating extra upon invoice presentation. 1 monthly rent deposit.

Location/Distance: The chalet is located in a quiet side street of Cala D´Or. It is approx. 200 m to the harbor. About 100 m to the nearest bay, approx. 65 km to Palma.
