The walled property is located in 2. Harbour line with 2 other units which share the heated communal pool and garden with outdoor shower.

The chalet includes a garage, a laundry room ( washing machine and dryer ), uncovered terrace space on the ground floor ( but with an extending awning ) and 2 further terraces in 1. Floor.

Premises: The chalet of approx. 115 m2 living space is divided into 2 floors and is from 1984.

Ground floor: Entrance room with hallway where the living room is on the left, straight ahead is the white fitted kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and has access to the dining area ( type of conservatory ) and terrace.

Further back 1 central bathroom with shower and a small storage room and 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. A staircase leads upstairs to a quasi separate small apartment with 1 bedroom ( terrace exit ) and 1 bathroom with hydromassage.

Distances: To the harbour approx. 500 m, to Cala Dor centre approx. 1.2 km and to Palma approx. 58 km. The nearest bay is about 600 m away.
