The large fenced and well-maintained plot of 1,080 m2 offers a beautiful garden, a cozy pool area (approx. 50 m2) with loungers, outdoor shower, trampoline, ping pong table and dartboard. On the large covered terrace of approx. 20 m2 there is a BBQ and there are plenty of parking spaces on the property or in front of it.

Access to the property and the chalet is through a large gate, which is opened manually.
