Looking for a long-term rental house around Palma

We are a family of four. Total income 6,000 euros/month. Looking for a long-term home in the Palma area. Preferably near or towards Maratxa/Lucmajor. 2+ bedrooms. Budget up to 1,400 euros. We have a well-behaved adult cat and a small dog (Corgi). References from previous tenants.
