Family (3 adults) looking for long-term apartment in Mallorca
We — a quiet, reliable family of three adults (my parents, both with a steady pension income, and me, permanently employed on the island) — are looking for a new home in Mallorca.
We currently live near Porto Cristo but would like to live a bit more centrally — proximity to Palma would be nice but is not a requirement. Every kilometer counts 😉
What we are looking for:
🛏️ 2–3 bedrooms (2 double rooms would also be fine)
🚿 2 bathrooms desirable
🪑 Furnished, partly furnished is also okay
❄️ Air conditioning should be available
📅 Long-term rental (min. 1 year or longer)
About us:
We are quiet, tidy and trustworthy tenants who love this island very much.
I mainly work from home but am often on the road for work by car.
NIE numbers are available, my residencia will be completed in a few days.
💶 Budget: up to max. €1,500 (cold rent) — preferably somewhat less if possible.
We are very happy about any offer or tip for a suitable apartment.
