Wanted casita, house or apartment

We are husband and wife in our late 50’s looking for a replacement 2nd home. We have lived and worked in Mallorca and now visit for approximately 4 months per year (Mallorca has been home from home for over 22 years).
Our current lease is coming to an end so we would like a new long term option or to buy a property that needs renovation but no structural work.
Areas we like include:Es llombards, Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyi, colonia St Jordi, porto petro or nearby. We will consider most areas if close to the village amenities and short drive to a beach.
We require a minimum of 2 bedrooms, garden/ outside space, garage or off street parking and a pool would be great (but if not) use of pool or space to put a temporary pool/cool tub).
We currently pay 600 euros including water but can pay up to 850 for the right place.
We do not mind renovating your property to keep the rent low or will consider rent to buy. We have many years experience in property renovation.
There will be very little wear and tear on the property so if you can offer a solution to us, we would love to hear from you.
