Furnished apartment or studio wanted from February 2026 for 11 months, preferably Palma and surrounding area

We (2 people, a quiet married couple in our 50s) are looking for a small apartment or studio as a temporary solution from 01.02.2026, preferably in Palma and the surrounding area or, if necessary, elsewhere on the island, to rent for 11 months. We can provide proof of steady income and ourselves own a property in Mallorca that we cannot move into until the end of 2026. We look forward to serious offers.
