Family looking for a home :-)

Hello,
we are a small family (mother, father and two wonderful children) and already live in Mallorca. We are looking for a new home to rent where we can settle in for the long term and fill it with harmony and warmth.
Budget: up to max. 1.900–2.000 €
Property: apartment/flat/house/finca (ground floor, terrace apartment or top floor/attic – everything open)
Important: large terrace, large balcony or garden
Move-in: from February, as soon as everything fits
We are non-smokers, have no pets, have steady employment and can happily provide references.
We would be very happy to receive suitable offers and are always open to a viewing as well as a personal introduction.
