Hello everyone,
we are a quiet, tidy couple (29 and 33 years old) looking for a finca for long-term rent. Our big dream is to live in the countryside, in harmony with nature – and we really hope this dream might come true with your finca.
My partner is extremely skilled with his hands and works in house maintenance (mantenimiento de casas). He can repair and maintain many things independently, which can be especially beneficial for a rural property. I myself work from home with a permanent contract and a secure income.
Even though our budget is "only" around €1,300 per month, we thought we'd give it a try – maybe you are not looking for "normal" tenants, but people who truly care about order, maintenance and a loving approach to the house and grounds. That's exactly what we bring.
We are very responsible, calm and maintain a respectful attitude toward our surroundings and neighbors.
We would be thrilled if we get the chance to live soon in a great finca.
