Looking for a small home with a garden – person & dog

Hello everyone,
I am 39 years old, have been living in Mallorca for 2.5 years and am looking for an apartment or a small house with a garden or terrace, at most 30 minutes from the airport.

I am a calm, reliable tenant with a permanent, open-ended job, tidy and interested in a long-term stay.
My dog Heinz is with me – a sensitive, calm companion, not a barker, not a destroyer, just a dog who needs peace and a bit of greenery to feel comfortable.

I'm not looking for luxury, but an honest home with heart where you can arrive and stay.
Budget: up to a maximum of €1,000.
