Long-term rental property sought in Mallorca, available from approx. late September/October 2026.
Hello, we are a married couple (47/53) and have known the island for a long time through many stays.
We currently have the wonderful opportunity to do our remote work from abroad. We want to seize this dream chance to establish ourselves further in Mallorca and expand our long-standing voluntary local involvement in Llucmajor.
Our search:
- preferably rent, possibly (rent-to-)buy;
- search radius around Llucmajor; possibly also around Palma towards Llucmajor
- small house/finca, bungalow, also small casitas/chalets on a shared plot; apartments/flats (possibly also in holiday complexes)
- important to us is a quiet and "close to nature" environment, preferably edge locations/end houses. Nevertheless, easy access to everyday/urban life should be available.
- we prefer a south/west orientation with evening sun and an unobstructed view (nature view); very happy to have a bathtub; a simple kitchen is sufficient for us
- "house/finca management" (possibly also with pet care) etc. is also an option for us
- keeping cats must be allowed, thank you. Should there be any concerns/fears regarding this, we can discuss it in advance and there is clear communication/regulation/possibilities in the unexpected event of damage. Private liability insurance is available. We currently give a home to two very loving former street cats from Llucmajor.
- budget in the range of 1,600 euros, possibly higher if the property perfectly suits our needs and wishes.
- NIE number is available.
We very much look forward to suitable offers, getting to know you, and taking part in viewings.
We will be on-site from time to time over the coming weeks/months.
All the best, warm regards, Sofia & Torsten🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻
