Your tasks
- telephone and written customer service
- processing customer inquiries
- advisory discussions about products, prices and tariffs
- ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
- follow-up of customer conversations

Your profile
- very good German language skills, spoken and written
- confident handling of PC applications (e.g. MS Office)
- strong communication skills and service mentality
- high level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
- independent working style and quick grasp
