Small and extraordinary legal natural stone casita, located on a finca rústica of approx. 7,480 sqm on the outskirts of Cala Rajada and about 2,000 meters from the sandy beach.

The competent authority has already provided a positive verbal statement that the existing terrace canopy can be legalized and renovated. A written permit or the formal completion of the corresponding procedure is not yet available.

An architect has already been on site and has measured the existing canopy and structure, so the necessary basis for the further procedure has already been prepared.
