Mobility means quality of life and freedom. It is a conscious decision, because as we age it is not talent but consistency that determines how strong, how mobile and how agile we are and remain.
Gentle Yoga is for discerning people aged 55 and over who want to maintain their standard of living physically as well - Strength. Mobility. Posture.
My approach combines gentle muscle building, improved mobility and mindful breathing into a clearly structured practice. Not a trend. Not esoteric incense-stick yoga. No comparing.
Personal. Discreet. On site.
I am in my late 50s, have been practising yoga for over 30 years and teach conveniently at your home in German or English.
Framework / Costs:
90 minutes of Gentle Yoga in personal training cost €90 for up to three people, including travel to the south / southwest of Mallorca. I bring yoga mats.
