Offering reliable caretaking for a finca or holiday home in Mallorca

I am 56 years old, male, a Spanish citizen, and I lived and worked in Germany for over 30 years.
I am currently looking for a new position in the caretaking of a finca or a holiday home, ideally with the possibility to live on site permanently (24 hrs).

What I offer:

Reliable and responsible property caretaking

On-site presence (also long-term)

Running errands and shopping

Picking up guests from the airport

Point of contact for guests and owners

Supervision and coordination of repairs

Checking and organizing garden and pool services

I work independently, discreetly and conscientiously and have a high sense of responsibility in dealing with properties.
