We are a well-coordinated team (German married couple) permanently residing in Cala Millor and offer you a complete all-round service for your property.
Whether holiday finca, apartment or villa, we ensure that everything is and remains in the best condition.
When you arrive, you should enjoy your holiday and not have to worry about trifles such as shopping.
Our services at a glance:
-Property care & checks depending on the package: intensive, weekly or monthly (additional protection against "Okupas" despite alarm system)
-Professional cleaning before and after the stay.
-Key management and key handover for possible personal guests.
-Arrival service, pickup from the airport or transfer booking
-Handyman service, small repairs (included in the package), organize, supervise and approve specialist work through local companies.

Details and prices depending on arrangement, size and effort. Long-term contracts depending on duration and advance payment from 10 % discount.
